Frequently asked questions.
Where do you guys work?
Being fully licensed and insured in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we complete work in northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. We will work in other places; however, we do not take new customers from farther away than 45 minutes from our shop in Westford, MA.
Is there a job that you will not take?
The only thing that we will not do in the electrical industry is solar. Everything else we will tackle, and that is what truly sets us apart from the competition, as we have extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of electrical.
Is there anything I need to do before you come out?
The only thing that we ask is that there is a safe path to the area that we will be working in and that there is safe access to the electrical panel in the home or building. It is a safe practice to get into any way to have the area in front of your panel clear of any obstructions.
Why would I hire an electrician?
Electricity is a force of nature, and it should be treated with the utmost respect and care. Many factors can lead to unsafe conditions if electrical work is completed by an untrained person, which we are trained to spot and avoid as professionals. Hiring a licensed, insured, and trained electrician is really a common-sense move to ensure the safety of your loved ones and employees.
